Good Customer Service

The weather is really causing havoc many companies attempts to maintain their high levels of service. The majority of customers are accepting that the snow is having a major impact on both collections and deliveries. You always get the occasional person who seems to live in a bubble, oblivious to what is happening in the world.

We utilise a number of Ecommerce Platforms – such as Amazon UK, Amazon France, Ebay and our own bespoke website. With these external Platforms we do get customer feedback, we are a TOP RATED SELLER and POWERSELLER on Ebay, with a current score of over 15250 Positive at 99.9% satisfaction.  Amazon Customers are less concerned with feedback, on the whole they expect a high level of service anyway, the majority of people believe they are getting their product from a big AMAZON warehouse in Milton Keynes, (thats not always the case). We still have a good feedback from our Amazon Customers.

We obviously get our own feedback that we will always occasionally post on our website but oten just dont have the time.

We minimize our risk by dealing direct with the best manufacurers in the world. We are confident that want to protect their reputations as much as we do.

We listen to every bit of feedback and will take all the appropriate actions to improve our service. Good is not good enough.

Brilliant Customer Service

I have just come back from a weeks holiday in Salou – we booked this Thomas Cook Holiday through a local Agent – the day before we went we were upgraded because the original Hotel was double booked. When we arrived at the new Hotel the reception area was extremely busy – have to say that in all my years of visiting Hotels, it was the most chaotic I had ever experienced. The receptionist had no knowledge of our booking – apparently they had given our rooms away, and we were given the impression that they were not very concerned about the consequence to us. Very fortunately for us, the Thomas Cook rep, Adam, was on hand and he resolved the situation very quickly, another two rooms would become available 24 hours later. In the meantime he found us another hotel, paid for taxis to and from the hotel and threw in a couple of excursions, that would have cost us us about 300 euro. We were actually just relieved that we had some where to stay. The fact that the problem was solved relatively quickly was a great relief everything else was a bonus. Would recommend Thomas Cook to anyone.

The lesson here is that even when problems occur if they are handled quickly and efficiently then you can retain and create great customer loyalty.

Customer Service and Feedback

Every company has to offer great customer service to retain existing business and to encourage referral Business. We are no different we regularly go the extra mile to meet and exceed our customers expectations. Like most companies we record positive testimonials on our website. Cynics would say you are only use the good ones, so to counter this we decided to set up an Ebay Shop and utilise their independant feedback system.

What you do learn is you cannot please all of the people all of the time, one of our customers commented “Good product – very speedy delivery – postage far too high”, here we supplied a simple battery to repair his rechargeable shaver , the postman did his job and delivered really quickly. The chap was not happy because we charged 99 pence for carriage (which includes the vat, the cost of the jiffy bag, the cost of the stamp, the cost of ebay listing fees and final value fees). Often the comments do give you a bit of a smile. We do try to take note and act on the majority of the comments we receive.

We also recently added a review feature where customers can give feedback on products purchased. This again can produce useful feedback both for company and for our other customers.

Reviews

At Cell Pack Solutions we are always looking at ways in which we can improve our service to the customer. That is why we have decided to create a section on each of our product pages, where you can add a product review or look at what other people have had to say about the product. So far this has proven popular; customers have been leaving tips on what devices certain batteries go in.

In addition to this some customers are leaving helpful tips to ensure fellow customers are correctly installing there batteries. Due to our great effort in developing this feature we would appreciate if after you order from us, you could leave some feedback on the product.
